The children enjoyed exploring the effect of the wind on their scarves. They then learnt about the Beaufort Scale and measured the wind that day.

The children have enjoyed learning about the different types of clouds when learning about the weather. They then went back in to class and created their own versions.

Autumn Walk 6th Oct 2025

To launch our Autumn poetry unit Year 2 went on an autumn woodland walk around the school grounds. The children enjoyed finding a variety of autumnal things such as conkers, acorns, mushrooms and all the vibrant leaves which have fallen.
