E-Safety Advice

Being online is a huge part of children's lives. Online games, social media, websites and apps can be accessed through mobile phones, computers, laptops, tablets and games consoles.  Children are surrounded by many forms of technology and it is important that they recognise and understand how to keep themselves safe in today's digital world.

The internet and online technology provides new opportunities for young people’s learning and development, but it can also expose them to new types of risks.  At St Jude's e-safety is an integral part of the children's education and is embedded in their learning.

Teachers and parents play a fundamental role in keeping our children safe and educating them in how to keep safe online.  The following website explores how to approach those  conversations.
